How do I make reservations?
Email your order request to firstname.lastname@example.org to place your reservation or request a quote.
You may also call our office at 717-792-5488 and our staff will assist you with your order and answer any questions you may have.
What deposit is Required?
We require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit on Tents, Dance Floors, Stages and Linens.
All other rental items require a 25% Non-Refundable deposit.
Deposits must be made within three (3) business days or your reservation is subject to cancellation or substitute items.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
While we understand last minute issues may arise we require a minimum of one (1) week notice on cancellations on Tents, Dance Floors, Stages and Linens. If your order has been paid in full, you will be refunded your order amount less the 50% Non-Refundable deposit.
All other rentals such as tables, chairs and party items we require 48 hours notice on cancellations on delivery orders and 72 hours notice on pick up orders being picked up by the customer in order to receive a full refund or credit.
Frame canopies vs. Genesis tents?
A frame canopy has side poles but has no center poles. The Genesis tent contains aluminum center poles at varying intervals as well as the side poles.
